Maintenance Agreements
B & B Technical Services Co., Inc. provides annual maintenance agreements for all of the products we carry, as well as any existing equipment that you may already own. Our maintenance agreements include two service inspections annually for cleaning, adjusting and lubricating equipment as well as any service required in between inspections.
Maintenance agreements do not cover damage resulting from fire, water, lightning, acts of God, accidents or customer abuse. Consumable items such as ribbons, paper, glass guides, ink rollers, etc. are not covered. These items are sold at current list.
Maintenance agreements are only available for equipment which is in good mechanical condition.
Service Calls
We have several offices throughout Texas, allowing us to provide on-site service to a wide area. Our service calls are billed per hour for labor plus any parts required for repairs.
Depot Service
For our customers outside of our on-site service call area, we provide depot service with quick turnaround.
