With our software, you can scan up to 250 checks at a time, front-to-back. DirectFED Deposit is PC-based and works with most scanners, including Panini, Canon, Unisys, Digital Check and many others. We utilize Magnetic Ink Character Recognition (MICR) combined with the power of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to pull routing and account numbers, check number, and check amount. Once you verify all these amounts, you’re one click away from completion–we do the rest! We consolidate your deposit file and send it to the Federal Reserve or your deposit bank for clearing. Within just 12 hours, the funds get deposited to your account.

Easy Reporting

Our extensive reporting and archiving is available locally via your workstation if you are operating in a stand-alone environment. If you are operating in a network environment, reporting and archiving can be set up to be made available either locally or enterprise-wide, depending on your business requirements. Specify a range of items and generate a printable report, or save as a PDF. Also review the check image archive, whenever you need it.

Process Pay Stubs with your Checks at the Same Time

Our software can read both checks and remittance stubs when scanned together. Process up to six items as a unit, storing them in a digital “envelope”. Refer to specific envelopes later in the desktop lockbox.
